Robert Charles Wilson was born on December 15, 1953, in Whittier, California, USA. When he was still a child, his family moved to Toronto, Canada, and since then he lived almost always in that country, so much as to become a citizen in 2007. He published several high quality science fiction novels such as the highly acclaimed Spin series.
