The Eyes of Darkness by Dean Koontz

The novel “The Eyes of Darkness” by Dean Koontz was published for the first time in 1981.

Christina “Tina” Evans is rebuilding her life after losing her son Danny in a tragic accident. She finally seems to have reached a positive turning point in her job when she starts see messages of various kinds that have in common the fact that they claim that Danny is not dead.

Initially Tina thinks that her ex-husband Michael is lashing out to her after the bitter divorce that followed their son’s death, but when she confronts him she realizes that he has nothing to do with it. She turns to Elliot Stryker, a lawyer she met through mutual acquaintances, to get Danny’s body exhumed, but someone tries to kill her.

Paul John McGann was born on November 14, 1959 in Liverpool, England. Paul McGann studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He doesn’t come from a family of actors but his three brothers have become actors as well.

In 1996 the “Doctor Who” TV movie was released in which Paul McGann played the Eighth Doctor. It was a BBC co-production with Universal Studios and Fox Broadcasting Network which aimed to revive the famous show, which was canceled in 1989. The high ratings in Great Britain but low in the USA led to Fox’s giving up its option to start a new series. Despite this, it wasn’t the end of McGann’s experience linked to the saga.

“Into the Afterlife” is the tenth and last episode of the second season of the TV show “The Terror”, which was named “The Terror: Infamy”, and follows “Come and Get Me”. It’s broadcast in the USA on AMC Studios and in other nations on Amazon Prime Video.

“Come and Get Me” is the ninth episode of the second season of the TV show “The Terror”, which was named “The Terror: Infamy”, and follows “My Sweet Boy”. It’s broadcast in the USA on AMC Studios and in other nations on Amazon Prime Video.

The internment camps get closed and the Japanese-Americans return to their homes. However, Henry Nakayama (Shingo Usami) and his wife Asako (Naoko Mori) find nothing of what they had and must make do to survive. They find out what happened to Chester (Derek Mio) only when he calls to ask for their help to protect Luz Ojeda (Cristina Rodlo).

“My Sweet Boy” is the eighth episode of the second season of the TV show “The Terror”, which was named “The Terror: Infamy”, and follows “My Perfect World”. It’s broadcast in the USA on AMC Studios and in other nations on Amazon Prime Video.

At the beginning of 1945 the Japanese-Americans interned in the camps start getting permission to leave if they find a sponsor who offers them a job and Major Bowen (C. Thomas Howell) offers to help Amy Yoshida (Miki Ishikawa). Meanwhile, Chester Nakayama (Derek Mio) continues his search for information on his brother while his relationship with Luz Ojeda (Cristina Rodlo) gets strong again but the two of them must resort to the help of Luz’s grandmother (Alma Martinez).
