Mardy Fish retires
Yesterday, after the defeat in the match with Feliciano Lopez at the U.S. Open, Mardy Fish retired from his professional tennis activity. Born on December 9, 1981 in Edina, Minnesota, USA, during his career he won a numbero of tournaments and has been in the Top 10 of the ATP ranking. A cardiac arrhythmia and especially an anxiety disorder stopped him in recent year, so much that during this summer he decided to retire.
Nick Kyrgios condemned to a 28-day ban and a $25,000 fine but with conditional suspension
The tennis player Nick Kyrgios has been imposed by the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) a 28-day ban and a $25,000 fine for his offense against Stan Wawrinka on August 13 during their match in the tournament in Montreal. This punishment has a conditional suspension, which means that will be enforced if over the next six months he gets punished again for physical and verbal abuses or if he accumulates fines to $5,000.

Nearly a week after Nick Kyrgios trash-talked Stan Wawrinka in the Montreal tournament the case keeps on shaking the world of tennis. A story that had a squalid beginning started leaving consequences from various points of view involving other people. All this waiting for other possible sanctions against the Australian tennis player after the $10,000 fine already imposed on him.

During his NBA career, spent all with the San Antonio Spurs, he won the NBA title in the 1998-1999 and in the 2002-2003 seasons. He wan the Olympic Games in 1992 with the Dream Team and again in 1996 with the USA national team. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.
