“The Ark” is an adventure of the third season of “Doctor Who” classic series, which aired in 1965. It’s a four parts adventure written by Paul Erickson e Lesley Scott and directed by Michael Imison.

The Tardis materializes in what looks like a jungle and Dodo (Jackie Lane) thinks she’s at the zoo outside London thinking that some trick was used to transport her from where she left. The First Doctor (William Hartnell) tries to convince her that they and Steven (Peter Purves) have traveled in space and time arriving who knows where and when but Dodo starts believing him only with the arrival of strange one-eyed aliens.

When the travelers are brought into the presence of the Guardians, who are human, they are told that this is an ark that is traveling to another planet in order to save humanity and other Earth’s species. The human passengers and the Monoid aliens are peaceful but when Dodo starts infecting them with her cold the consequences could be catastrophic with patients who have no immune defense against that disease.

“Planet of Giants” is the first adventure of the second season of “Doctor Who” classic series, which aired in 1964. It follows “The Reign of Terror” and it’s a three parts adventure written by Louis Marks and directed by Mervyn Pinfield and Douglas Camfield.

Something’s wrong in the Tardis and the doors open during its journey. The First Doctor (William Hartnell) and Susan (Carole Ann Ford) try to locate the fault but everything seems fine. The rematerialization seems correct and the journey apparently ends without other hitches.

Together with Ian (William Russell) and Barbara (Jacqueline Hill), the Doctor and Susan leave the Tardis and start exploring the surroundings. Initially they think they have arrived on another planet where giant insects and worms live but soon realize they’re on Earth and they have somehow shrunk.

“The Greatest Show in the Galaxy” is the last adventure of the twentyfifth season of “Doctor Who” classic series, which aired in 1988. It follows “Silver Nemesis” and it’s a four parts adventure written by Stephen Wyatt and directed by Alan Wareing.

The Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) brings Ace (Sophie Aldred) to the planet Segonax, where people are supposed to be very open and tolerant. The atmosphere is not what the Doctor expected and on the way to go to the Psychic Circus where they were invited the two travelers meet people who are far from friendly.

When the Doctor and Ace finally arrive at the circus, they find an even stranger situation. There’s only one family watching the show but soon the travelers realize that if those three spectators get bored the artists end up badly and are replaced by anyone who happens to be there.

“Delta and the Bannermen” is an adventure of the twentyfourth season of “Doctor Who” classic series, which aired in 1987. It follows “Paradise Towers” and it’s a three parts adventure written by Malcolm Kohll and directed by Chris Clough.

Gavrok led his Bannermen to the almost genocide of the Chimeron but Queen Delta managed to escape with an egg that represents the last hope for her species. After arriving at a spaceport, Delta tries to get confused within a group of tourists who are traveling to the 1959 Earth for an exotic vacation.

The Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Melanie Bush (Bonnie Langford) discover they’ve won a prize holiday when they arrive at a spaceport. The spacecraft disguised buses is going to Disneyland but when in orbit it collides with an experimental satellite and ends up in Wales, where other unexpected meetings await the travelers.

“Time and the Rani” is the first adventure of the twentyfourth season of “Doctor Who” classic series, which aired in 1987. It follows “The Ultimate Foe” and it’s a fourt parts adventure written by Pip and Jane Baker and directed by Andrew Morgan.

The Tardis is attacked by the Rani (Kate O’Mara) and falls to the planet Lakertya. Right after regenerating, the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) is brought to the Rani’s lab while she pretends she’s Melanie Bush (Bonnie Langford) to take advantage of his post-regeneration confusion. The Doctor’s amnesia is increased by drugs and he doesn’t realize that his enemy is convincing him to help her in one of her criminal plans.

When Mel wakes up in the Tardis and can’t find the Doctor, she goes looking for him but faces a number of dangers. The area is full of traps placed by the Rani and there are the Tetraps, monsters that serve the rogue Time Lady. Mel discovers that Lakertya’s natives have been enslaved by the Rani but some are trying to organize the resistance to take back the control of their planet.
