Robert Hammond Patrick Jr. was born on November 6, 1958 in Marietta, Georgia, USA. After playing mostly small roles for some years, Robert Patrick’s career changed completely when the director James Cameron chose him to play the T-1000 shapeshifter Terminator in the movie “Terminator 2” (1991). The movie also marked his life because during filming he married his girlfriend Barbara, with whom he had two sons.

Robert Patrick’s career made considerable progress also with television productions. After lending his voice to a character in the animated show “The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest” between 1996 and 1997 and being guest star in various TV shows, he joined the cast of “The X-Files” playing agent John Doggett in the show’s last two seasons between 2000 and 2002.

Christopher Allen Lloyd was born on October 22, 1938 in Stamford, Connecticut, USA. Christopher Lloyd began his acting career in the 1960s in stage plays. Especially in the 1970s he worked a lot on Broadway and also started finding roles in television and cinema productions.

Christopher Lloyd started playing Emmett “Doc” Brown, his most iconic movie character in the 1985 film “Back to the Future”. It was his first movie directed by Robert Zemeckis, followed by “Who Framed Roger Rabbit?” (1988), “Back to the Future – Part II” (1989) and “Back to the Future – Part III” (1990). An animated TV show was also produced with some parts about Doc Brown with Bill Nye which aired between 1991 and 1992.

Christopher Lloyd is an actor who has an extraordinary amount of roles behind him, but in many ways isn’t appreciated as it deserves. He’s capable of great transformations ranging from a Klingon to Uncle Fester and in general has a great expressiveness and for these reasons his fans adore him.

Gillian Anderson’s first experiences as a professional actress were in stage plays. In 1992 she moved to Los Angeles, initially looking for a career in cinema. Not finding work, she decided to accept roles for television productions and, after a small role, she auditioned for “The X-Files” and was cast for the role that changed her life, that of FBI agent Dana Scully. FOX wanted an actress with more experience and sex appeal but showrunner Chris Carter wanted Gillian Anderson and she got the role.

Gillian Anderson is now an actress appreciated on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and in the coming months the movie “UFO” and the Tv show “Sex Education” are scheduled to be released, two projects in which she participated. In short, even if “The X-Files” had really come to an end, her fans can still see her in other productions.

Stanley Kubrick was born on July 26, 1928 in New York, USA.

In 1949, a work as a photographer connected to a boxing match with Walter Cartier gave Stanley Kubrick the idea for a short film, which he self-produced in 1951. In the following years he shot some more short films that had some success, convincing him to abandon his work as a photographer.

Stanley Kubrick died of a heart attack on March 7, 1999. He’s remembered as an extraordinary director, maniacal in his precision, able to create movies of any genre with great aesthetic sense, great care for music and innovations of various kinds. He left an extraordinary legacy for the whole world of cinema.
