“The Bounty” is the sixth episode of the third season of the TV show “Star Trek: Picard” and follows “Imposters”. It’s available in various countries on the Paramount+ streaming platform and in many other countries on Amazon Prime Video.

The USS Titan is being pursued by Starfleet as well and it becomes increasingly difficult to figure out who can be trusted. After reuniting with Raffi Musiker (Michelle Hurd) and Worf (Michael Dorn), Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) decides to ask Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) for help.

Archaeologist Enola discovers the WSS Exalted during an excavation. When the Eleventh Doctor brings Amy and Rory into the area, they discover that not all of the inhabitants are what they seem and even a ball of wool can be out of the ordinary.

Shards of Earth by Adrian Tchaikovsky

The novel “Shards of Earth” by Adrian Tchaikovsky was published for the first time in 2021. It’s the first book in The Final Architecture series.

After one of the mysterious alien entities known as the Architects destroyed the Earth, humans scattered among the stars but that wasn’t enough. To try to fight aliens who seem invincible, they created the Intermediaries, people with special abilities who can create a mental contact with the Architects who attack human planets and make them withdraw.

Idris saved Berlenhof, one of the most important planets for humanity but he just wants to live in peace and work as part of the crew of a starship guiding it through what is called unspace. An abandoned starship shows signs of the return of the Architects but to make sure the crew must deal with human factions that appear to be on the verge of war.

“Imposters” is the fifth episode of the third season of the TV show “Star Trek: Picard” and follows “No Win Scenario”. It’s available in various countries on the Paramount+ streaming platform and in many other countries on Amazon Prime Video.

The USS Titan returned to Federation territory but Captain Liam Shaw (Todd Stashwick) has already contacted the authorities. The consequence is that Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and William Riker (Jonathan Frakes) must answer for their actions. Commander Ro Laren (Michelle Forbes) was tasked with interrogating them. Raffi Musiker (Michelle Hurd) and Worf (Michael Dorn) follow a lead and find Krinn (Kirk Acevedo).

Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel

The novel “Sleeping Giants” by Sylvain Neuvel was published for the first time in 2016. It’s the first book in the Themis Files trilogy.

Rose Franklin just got a bike as a present for her 11th birthday. She goes for a test drive when the ground collapses beneath her. She’s rescued but the strangest thing about the event happens when the girl sees a photo in which she’s portrayed at the bottom of the hole, on the palm of a gigantic hand.

Seventeen years after the incident, Rose Franklin has become a physicist and is hired to lead a top-secret team that recovered the gigantic hand and is looking for the other parts of a metallic body. The examinations indicate that it’s a robot built by an advanced civilization some millennia earlier.
