Thursday October 15, 2015, the Euroleague 2015/2016 starts. The games will be generally played on Thursday and Friday as it’s become common. In the previous seasons the first game was played one or two days earlier, this year the first gameday starts regularly. Real Madrid is the defending champion and starts the hunt for its 10th title.

This weekend in Madrid the basketball Euroleague 2014/2015 Final Four will be played. Today, Friday, May 15, there will be the semifinals and on Sunday, May 17, there will be the finals. The semifinals are CSKA Moscow – Olympiakos Piraeus and Real Madrid – Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul.

On Tuesday April 14 the basketball Euroleague 2014/2015 quarter-finals will start. This round will be played in a playoff series to the best of five games in which the teams qualified from each group will cross path the the ones qualified from the other group. The first classified teams of each group will play the fourth classified ones of the other group and the second classified ones of each group will play the third classified ones of the other group.

On Tuesday December 30, 2014 the Euroleague Basketball 2014/2015 Top 16 is starting. The formula is the one inaugurated two years ago, with two groups consisting of 8 teams each and consequently longer than the regular season. This time a few games of the first gameday are played early at the end of this year before finishing it on January 2, 2015.
