Michael Lawson Bishop was born on November 12, 1945 in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. His father was in the military so while growing up he spent a lot of time in various countries where he was serving. He started his career as a writer in the ’70, at first writing science fiction then also other genres. His most famous novel is “No Enemy But Time” (1982), winner of the Nebula Award.

Some brutal murders are shocking Liverpool. Horridge knows that one of his neighbors is the culprit and decides it’s his duty to call the police to have him arrested. From his window, he sees the police arrive but after a little while they leave on their own and Horridge fears that they’re his neighbor’s accomplices.

For Horridge the situation is unsustainable. He decides to keep tabs on his neighbor and makes anonymous phone calls to let him know that he can’t get away with it and when a girl who lives in the same apartment complex busts him he pretends he’s a private detective. However, the moment comes when Horridge decides to take action.

News arrived of the death of actor Christopher Lee. According to sources close to his family, he passed away on the morning of last Sunday at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. The actor was hospitalized there more than three weeks ago due to respiratory and cardiac problems.

Henry Kuttner was born on April 7, 1915 in Los Angeles, California, USA. During his career he wrote many science fiction, fantasy and horror storie. In 1940 he married his fellow writer Catherine L. Moore and since then they worked together using pseudonyms, mainly Lewis Padgett and Lawrence O’Donnell. Kuttner died when he was still young following a heart attack on February 4, 1958.
